I am a professional doula trained under CAB (Community Aware Birth Worker). My journey is only beginning as I believe learning never stops when it comes to birth work. I am slightly obsessed with all things birth and I love learning ALL the things. 

 

I learned more about what a doula was when I was expecting my daughter. While creating our birth team, we quickly came to the realization that we needed a doula to be part of that. Being intentional with who we wanted to be there during her birth was so important to us. Our doula was essential to our planning, coping and healing. 

 

I found my way into birth work because of a deep passion within me. My professional career started as an Air Force Flight Medic and then a pediatric Registered Nurse. Eventually, and perfectly, I found my way into birth work just after the birth of my own baby. I am so in awe of pregnancy, birth and everything after. I would love nothing more than to support you during this time of beautiful transition.
