• I believe in the beauty of physiological and undisturbed birth.

•  I trust mothers to know exactly what they need to birth their baby. 

• I believe that with true informed consent and knowledge, a mother will be able to make decisions that empower her.

• Birth is a natural event that rarely needs intervention.

• It is very difficult to have an undisturbed birth in hospital.

• Choosing who attends your birth is a very important decision.

• If you have to "fight" for the birth you want, your doing it wrong.

• You are in charge , not your provider. ​

• Birth your baby where you feel safe, but dig into why you are making that decision
